Is it more efficient to mitigate and control infection if there are only 5-6 people within the same residential facility as opposed to 50+ in a commercial facility? 

Not all properties need a clubhouse and infect many are eliminating that type of space especially in smaller properties like this and properties that are more urban.

Thank heavens we are not seeing major numbers of infected or seriously ill people, but there seems to be a lot of palpable fear among a large segment of the populace.
