Coronavirus effects in local market

Is the prevailing atmosphere under virus precautions and restrictions having a noticeable effect on local investors doing flips and/or rentals? Thank heavens we are not seeing major numbers of infected or seriously ill people, but there seems to be a lot of palpable fear among a large segment of the populace.
