The historic southside in fort worth is such a beautiful neighborhood, it truly has some real value if the city could solve some of the social issues, it has a lot of potential for both residential and commercial investments.

The bill requires that cities allow up to 10% of the commercial properties (strip malls for example) to be repurposed as multi family residential.

In my experience, PMLs finance all types of deals SFH, residential multifamily up to commercial multifamily. 

I currently own 2 commercial and 1 residential, a 7 unit / 2 commercial storefront property, a Laundromat facility storefront, Then a 2 unit multi family that i am house hacking.The purpose of the this post is that i want to meet ALL investors( pro or just starting out) in New London County to know each other and learn and talk about real estate, want to create a great network of people in this county.

I even look at residential properties with key words for potential conversions to multi but those are also hard to come by.
