@John KrapfI agree there is not a single software solution for investors yet… We are developing AI investor tools at our brokerage in Reno,NV that uses local data and humans.

I'm getting a lot of differing opinions from both real estate professionals and regulating bodies.

I would even write it very explicitly :People are tired of very-progressive left wing government policy that removing property rights , creating criminals, protecting criminals , destroying generation and coddling criminals ( in the name of human right or DEI or whatever).Agree @Bruce Woodruff?

The process is too messy and too many human factors play a major role.

Get info from a few sources, online and at least 1 from a human (ie realtor). 

Check with your state real estate governing body to find out what they require.
