Deal Analysis Software

I'm a new investor in California (2 properties under my belt) looking to expand outside of CA. I am following a buy and hold strategy.  I am curious if anyone can recommend a great deal analysis software program. Some that I have found seem to do it all including locate properties, generate leads, and some just run the numbers and generate reports.

So far I have looked at these:

Sure, here are the links to the mentioned real estate investment analysis software:

    1. DealCheck: DealCheck is a comprehensive real estate analysis software that allows investors to analyze properties, estimate rental income, calculate cash flow, and evaluate potential returns. It offers tools for analyzing both residential and commercial properties, including features such as investment property analysis, interactive property maps, and deal management.
    2. REIPro: REIPro is a real estate investment software that offers tools for finding, analyzing, and managing investment properties. It provides features such as property analysis, deal management, lead generation, and marketing tools for real estate investors. REIPro also offers educational resources and training for investors.
    3. RealData: RealData offers a range of real estate investment analysis software for commercial and residential properties. Their software allows investors to analyze properties, evaluate financing options, create pro forma financials, and generate investment reports. RealData offers both desktop and online versions of their software.
    4. PropertyRadar: PropertyRadar is a real estate data and analytics platform that provides tools for market analysis, property research, and lead generation. It offers features such as property data, owner information, foreclosure tracking, and market trends analysis. PropertyRadar is particularly useful for investors looking to identify off-market deals and opportunities.

Are any of these good, or is there a better option not listed here?
