When you're the smallest guy in the gym for the first time, everyone around you looks like professional athletes.

From there it is up to you to keep pushing forward and making contacts in your new career to advance your own dream.At the end of the day you can relate this seminar business to a new gym membership.

,Personally, I don't ever look at condos, just because IMO the only reason someone would pick them would be for the amenities, such as a pool, gym, clubhouse, etc.. 

when at garage sales, I bring a book to read at appointments that run tardy or at the shop vs browsing my phone, I lift/do work before gym class starts vs just waiting by the door, I talk to the older folks after their senior circuit training, I listen to podcasts in bike class vs the same old music offered, I sweep up and clean up after myself on service calls and usually address something else while there, I smile and listen and am genuinely curious about the other person in conversations, I have no consumer debt or shiny new toys or gadgets, etc.

I used to rent a room from a recently divorced guy who didn’t wanna give up his pole building, 40 pc gym, pool, hot tub, and classic cars.
