I do not know why when my sister, father and I show no interest in living or moving back to our hometown.

The father was a veteran.Due to interest rates rising, I suspect the lender may call the loan due if the deed changes name however I'm not sure if this deal can move forward because of triggering the due on sale clause and keeping the estate active to do Lease Option?

Hello everyone, I am a 31 year old married father of 3 in central NJ.

I do know a good bit about development because my father has done several sub-divisions on his own over his life as well as my professional job as an architect gives me a very unique perspective and knowledge base that most people in REI will never have.

Im 34 and fortunate enough to own a home thats paid off and inherited $40,000 from my father, who sadly passed away about 2 years ago.

My father rode with me to go get it.   

All of the properties that I inherited never had insurance and were in my fathers name.  

I've gone to my father several times.

My father was the expert in this as well and I learned from him.
