If they have other listings that they are not selling, they obviously would need to maintian control of their account.If you do this - the current owner will want to export ALL past financial transaction data and save it on their computer for tax-time.

Fortunately the platforms (at least in my experience) will show a "Have Not Synced in xxxxx hours" warning to let you know there is a problem, at which point you just export/import new calendar links as needed.With more properties and platforms, a more elegant solution might make sense, but this has worked well for me.

The 20% of the snags that would take 80% of the effort I will skip.Probably the best benefit of this is that after closing 1-2 deals 80% of the work is already done for organizing paid marketing methods like mailings, since I will already be well versed in creating databases from spreadsheets, and importing/exporting spreadsheets to/from my database.I certainly can't afford to take a big chunk of time off because it takes a lot to get these systems set up and the kinks worked out.
