A lot of great comments here, and I would certainly encourage being as sympathetic and helpful as possible in the process, but this is part of being a renter.

Just doing a 12-24 month, interest-only payment that would actually encourage you to refinance or sell within that time period?

Some of them messaged me to say be careful, as they felt I was being encouraged by the program to have a wreckless disregard and take a dicey flip gamble and lose money.

It's encouraging to hear all the stories of many successful real estate investors who started with nothing.

when I am back from the mean streets of  Real Estate hunting, BP is my source of encouragement tells it like it is with the reality of real estate investing.

I do however encourage immigration, it just needs to be done legally and intelligently.
