Hey Guys, My name is Conor I was born and raised in TopangaCanyon and I'm very interested in buying land in the Topanga Canyon, Malibu, or Woodland Hills areas, and I'm interested in finding somebody that has experience buying land and or building mobile and prefab structures in these areas.

I can tell you the last person I evicted was shocked, and was having to live with friends because no one would rent to them... not even a mobile home... and they had a family of 4 with a dog.  

The resources/websites/services are not mature enough to get information as easily as in the States.I couldn't find a section on BP that is dedicated to Canada and a lot of resources and discussions are specific to the States.

They also tell you if it is mobile vs voice.

As someone who is a former dedicated diy person and who once swore that everything can be found for free on bigger pockets or by reading books I am literally forever changed.

There are many social media groups dedicated to travelers seeking furnished properties, you can list on sources like Zillow and apartments.com, Crashpad, corporatehousingbyowner, etc etc. 

Looking back, I'm not sure how I kept up.A few years ago I got into mobile home parks and ran hard with that.
