I think the best course of action for now is curate the list I have and jump in and see if this thing is for real.

I have a powerpoint and just want to make sure I'm set up before I start the crowdfunding portion for the curation (designing the home, any repairs, etc)!

-At this price range Ive yet to find someone who is going to hold my hand and take time to  curate properties and deliver them to my wife and I.
