@Monika MickuteShe is probably a non confrontational person so I would text her her options. also in the text let her know that once filing of eviction starts her ability to rent somewhere else is going to dramatically going to decrease. be empathetic and speak to her about the potential of her kids not having a place to go home to. hopefully this thought will provoke action to call you and help resolve the payment plan. 

In fairness, it was a generic question so I should have expected a generic response..I've since read the Book on Tax Strategies, and I feel like there was some additional things that I could have been doing..not necessarily the CPA's fault for not knowing/offering the same info to me, but I can't afford to leave any money on the table here.The only reason I'm asking the hivemind is I want to tread lightly because I respect this guy; he reached out to me and gave me an hour of his time when my wife passed to help me get stuff straightened out..but I also want to feel confident that he's going to be giving me recommendations tailored to my situation.I was just thinking of asking if he knew about self-directed IRAs as a kind of litmus test..anybody else have any non-confrontational questions that I could use to see if I should still use him?

As more and more Millennials consider the pros and cons of buying their first home, they are often confronted with a barrage of information containing half-truths and outright lies.

And it can be dirty work at times, but it also can involved confrontations with people, who seek to get you to back down, to them.

In my limited experience with HOAs (I refuse to buy in one, but my parents have had terrible dealings with at least two of them), they're Little Kings of their Little Kingdoms, but they tend to fold like an empty shirt when confronted directly.

If they are unable to confront their own neighbors, then they can at least call the police and report a disturbance.

Not everything needs to be a confrontation, but clear respectful communication can go a long way.

I know that I'm not good at being the "bad guy," confronting people about their obligations, demanding payment, kicking people out, etc.

We got him on multiple footage, one footage where he's even confronted about it.

This way I am not confronting that person and making them feel worse, about a bad situation.
