Hi Katie, I'm just a beginner in REI and I've been watching a lot of different youtube videos of different vlogers that film their flips and share with the broader community. 

We have spoken with a few agents in the broader KC area, who have described a really crazy market. 

I’m gonna have to get in contact with Real estate agents & see if the MLS has a broader find.

To what extent will the parties be free to carry on other businesses- while the joint venture subsists- if one party pulls outIs it intended that spouses/partners should also be shareholders, to allow for tax advantages from a broader split of dividends?

However, I have seen that economics is a much broader concept that we believe it to be. 

When you look at these two things at a broader scale (revitalization and gentrification) they are really just to sides of the same coin.

To reach a broader group of buyers, I would like to bring deals I get under contract to wholesaling companies and allow them a slice of the pie in exchange for their ability to reach a lager pool of buyers.

Consider a broader search criteria or improved budget if you don't find much. 

But what I see is that actually the broader your search parameters the lower your chance of succeeding due to analysis paralysis. 

I intend on investing with a partner in real estate in the broader Portland/Vancouver market towards the end of this year.
