Top wholesaling Companies in Memphis?

Can anyone tell me who the top wholesaling companies are in Memphis, TN? I am currently working on property deals in Memphis, TN, but do not have very many buyers on my list yet. To reach a broader group of buyers, I would like to bring deals I get under contract to wholesaling companies and allow them a slice of the pie in exchange for their ability to reach a lager pool of buyers. Win/win for everyone if you ask me. Thanks for your help BP!

Justin,

There are plenty of TK providers in our market so I honestly don't think you need a wholesaler to sell them for you. Contact the companies and get the contact info for whoever is their acquisition person is and start sending them the deals. You would just be creating an extra layer of fees by going with a wholesaler.

Besides, there is no real " wholesaling company " in our market. Many of them come one day and are gone the next.

Good luck
