I think our tenants appreciate our consistent responsiveness and attitude that the tenant is always right much, much more than they ever would appreciate cheap rent.

So sorry to hear your troubles, but at least you seem to be keeping a positive attitude and learning from your mistakes.

the 20 is under powered in heat and attitude.. if you were say flying it in states back east with no real terrain.. that's ok.. the ones I flew were 150k true which is not bad for GPH burn.. 

We sent out an approval email and we got the response with unpleasant attitude stating that we were trying to force them out.

If you have the right attitude and aptitude, you can learn the skills necessary.Here are my thoughts:Don't lose sight of your goal.
