Over the years, my relationship grew with Habitat and now we do "land swaps" (I'm very, very proud to say, "well over 50 parcels of mine that I "land-swapped" with Habitat, now have a "Habitat home" on my lots.

Kind of the same way once you take "actual expenses" on your vehicle you are stuck on actual and cannot swap to mileage. 

Somehow this thread has devolved into story swapping about tenants that would rather order takeout than pull themselves up by their boot straps.

If you rented the place and included the dryer, then you might want to swap it out or get a repair person over to service it.

On inexpensive thing that makes a HUGE difference is to swap out all the outlets, switches, and covers.
