Like I said, it's really an integrity check because even if the VA challenged it (which I have never heard of) you'd probably have a plausible deniability to the point they couldn't enforce any action against you.I actually have property in Stafford and Prince William, both were bought with the VA and both are still rentals 15 years later.

@Aaron Smith You may also want to factor in BPOL (Business, Professional, and Occupational License) taxes in certainmunicipalities in Virginia (like Fairfax County, Prince William, and others) on real estate and professional services revenue.
