If you look up "Buyers List" in the search slot above, you'll find hundreds of threads on the subject.Because this property is one that YOU would buy if you could afford it (otherwise, why on earth would you put it under contract?)

I love real estate, and I love hosting, and am keen on making some connections on BP to help take the next step into my next property.Beyond being a hobby, Airbnb has so thoroughly juiced the returns on my condo (appx 2.5X long-term) that it only makes sense to try and parlay this strategy into a bigger and better play.  

Then she says that she used the night drop for the deposit and they must have lost it in the slot.  

I know some people like "Travel Hacking" and I'm willing to bet there are fellow travel lovers on here who do this regularly.

Sometimes you get caught in a storm without an umbrella when it was a 10% chance of rain and sometimes you hit a jackpot on the slots.

I do as Bryan A. said - use same brand and just change outside parts that have key slots; tenants comprehend that the old key no longer has any chance of opening locks that are physically changed this way.I have seen the landlordlocks.com product demo'd in person, and that is the way to go once you get lots of units - mainly because you still can have a master key that accesses any lock.

I love real estate but prefer to do hands on.
