Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Harmony.

Purchase price: $167,000
Cash invested: $65,000
Sale price: $460,000

This is a great rental. I have the same tenant for years. The family moved from one of my other rentals to this one with no plans of moving out.

2022 Update: I put 32k into the update and sold it for 10k over asking. I will likely deploy it again into real estate but am investing in ETF for a few years to see if I can build consistent passive income.

Hey @Melissa S Vrobel congrats on the success of your deal! I hear you about putting your money into more truly passive income producing opportunities - have you considered syndication?
