When this problem came up, I was just about to take a nap so yes I was bothered lol  I've got a great outlook on life and look forward to much success in this business.

It's true that Charlotte is at all time highs, but at the same time, the economic outlook for Charlotte couldn't be any more positive for the future.

I definitely don't agree with your outlook on the impact a segment of the population will have on housing.
