This seems unlikely in the long run. you are forgetting that someone is paying down your principal for you so you need to take that into consideration. 

Is this a one time deal for you?  

We both own 1 property at this time.

This is because DSCR loans do not follow/ pass consumer protection laws. when you live in the property, it creates massive problems for this loan type and the lender which would issue it to you.

I've sold several homes in this area for my real estate clients too, and they've all been happy up here. 

Does having an LLC make it easier to distinguish on a tax return that this is a rental property. 

This is when I go out and value newly vacant REOs.

If this happens for sub 3 months or longer than 9 months, it'll be inflationary.
