Nicholas Morris Find a good agent and wanting to buy at a low price point.
26 April 2012 | 34 replies
I can make this simple so that everyone understands. If a broker/agent works with an investor they all have different buying criteria. You can work your tail off to find a property only to get beat out by another buyer in a multiple offer situation.Just because it is not on the MLS does not mean you will not have other bidders for the property.I control the property or either list it for the seller. This way if we get 10 offers I STILL GET PAID.I don't have to start the process all over again with a buyer because they lost out on that one and I made nothing on the deal and have to find another needle in a hay stack.I control the inventory then I make the rules. It really is that simple.
