I think the issue is the insurance carrier you are working with, not the way you are set up.If you have an agent that can only offer 1 option, it's time to find a new agent.

What I am also finding is that when you want the insured property to be owned by an LLC, many/most insurance carriers will also charge you a much higher rate.
