depends on tenant age, maturity and previous home ownership history. pellet stoves generally very safe 98% shut off with no electricity so not great safety net in grid down storm. and flame isnt open to being touched and can be controlled with thermostat   but as with everything from tub, pool, gym, ensure they sign legal form, require renters insurance, get your agent to include it and have lawyer draft a memo and add basic training every heating season. i am looking switch over my oil to pellet wood boiler fed by auger but its auto feed system in basement.

We have been collecting all the rental income into each LLC's respective business accounts and set up "auto-pay" payments like utilities to come from those business checking accounts.   

PM cant and should not be there hand holding owners  they would never get anything done.Rent gurantee's I would imagine would come in after they tried to collect.. not like an auto pay the day you were notified again completely unrealistic expectations.

It’ll also auto calculate and bill late fees.

It would have made more sense had my phone not auto corrected a bunch of words.

It is also possible to provide the checks to some banks and they will auto deposit them on the first of each month.
