I know that there are a lot of scams out there and people that are looking for a quick buck, so everyone should always check things out completely, to be sure everything offered is really as it is portrayed.  

As a few more days have gone by I am feeling like I might have walked into a scam scenario.

I have felt like I'm getting scammed in this entire flip deal, and still do from the contractor.  

It is also worth googling to see the scams/fake documentation sites out there where for a fee fake letters, etc. are provided.

DO NOT GIVE THOSE PEOPLE MONEY.This company is 100% fraudulent and a scam.

I would see a higher likelihood of "this is a scam" from tenants who haven't rented a single family before. 

Use a reverse title, like his other students do.Something like “ is Don a scam.?”  

In the last week I've spent *hours* on the phone trying to deal with multiple scam bookings, invalid and declined credit cards, and unearned commissions.

Scam artists prey on out of town investors and their lack of knowledge in the area.
