Can someone advise me if Ican add a picture to my profile, if I only have a basic free membership?

The membership fee is nominal, includes optional meetings, updates on policies, and all the paperwork you need that is specific to your state.It's really important to be familiar with your tenant-landlord law, ensure that none of the clauses are illegal in your area, and/or have a lawyer review your documents.When I started out I read a ton of books, cobbled together what I wanted into one agreement, then I compared it to the state specific one and adjusted wording.  

However, when I decided to get rid of some cards I rarely use and continue to pay annual memberships on I did myself somewhat of a disservice. 

The attorney probably doesn't review any assets outside of their bar membership.  

Thanks for that @Wayne BrooksHi Matt, There are also IRS Rulings whereby the taxpayer bought all (100%) of the outstanding membership interests in an LLC or the outstanding partnership interests in a partnership so that the entities effectively became single member LLCs and qualified as the purchase of replacement properties for their 1031 Exchange.

NFCU membership is only available to those in or retired from the military or having family in or retried from the military.  

Or would it be possible to structure an association with membership costs rather then renting the units?  

It was a $500 three day course the would be free if you paid $100 yearly membership fee to join the network that meets 2x per month.
