Note Investing Lawyer Needs

Hi,

We are a group that is aiming to invest in notes from abroad.

We want to start looking for a lawyer that can guide us through our investing activity, but are not completely sure what we should be his skill set and specialization.

We understand that we need him for the closing process to act as a power of attorney (as we would not be able to respond in a timely fashion from overseas), and we need him to help with reviewing the note etc etc. On the other hand, he probably won't be helping us with foreclosures as they may take place in various states.

So, what kind of specialization should we expect from our lawyer?
How might we go about finding one?

Thanks! much appreciated!
