in a nut shell any business in the Zone if they rebuilt new construction or facility got to write off 50% year one.. so you saw hotels casinos  car dealers  medical plazas shopping centers..

I am also an Engineer in the Jersey City area, starting off my REI adventure, and I wanted to know if a chat has been created as I would love to join and interested in hearing everyone's stories!

I have been reading a ton of articles and forum posts, watching videos produced by Brandon and some other BP members, and I thought it's probably a good idea to just go ahead and register and make the most of this community.I am hoping to begin my adventure into real estate with some guidance and help from you all and hopefull as I gain more experience and success, I'll be be able to return that favor to others.I am currently in the Baltimore, MD area and looking for opportunities here.

I'm near Atlanta, GA in the city of Duluth where I plan to begin my adventure.

My real estate adventure is I own one house in Washington state which I lived in for 10 years.

Hopefully during the years you intern in HS, you will get a taste for different niches in REI and you will know the direction you will want to take your REI adventure!
