I look forward to meeting each and everyone on this site. I was just introduced to this by one of my workers. I Am in the research phase of identifying if real estate is what I want to do when I retire from the Navy in a couple of years.

My real estate adventure is I own one house in Washington state which I lived in for 10 years. Once I got orders to Japan we decided to rent the house out through a local property manager. I am currently $-300 a month on the house. I have a note of 280 on it and property values of the house based on zillow.com is 265. I have another two and half years in Japan with no guarantee going back to Washington. Other than the house I am almost debt free. Should be there by June. When that happens I am going to save for real estate investing

Any advice would be welcomed. I look forward to meeting you all in the future.
