Hi everyone, I'm Tea, a new member and potential new investor from San Francisco.

My fiance and I are looking to get into real estate investing. I'm a Product Manager and he's a Data Scientist so together we're combining our strengths to find the perfect place. Me: qualitative, which is why I'm here trying to learn more. Him: quantitative, which is why he's writing predictive models to find the best zip codes to buy.

I'm currently reading @Brandon Turner's audiobook and I am so motivated!

We would have loved to purchase a 4 or more unit property but the Bay Area is too expensive for that (for us). May try short term vacation rentals instead. Still a lot to learn. Looking forward to chatting with you all and learning from you!
