If you are working with private money, do you try to attract partners/investors before you have found a specific property... with a hypothetical situation per se?

I haven't charged for the coaching per se, I only charged for the marketing (which they would need to do anyway, and I needed at least a little skin in the game to avoid time wasters) and then coached them step by step on how to use it.

The people here have proven to he top notch and the amount of information is se one to none.

These se my personal favorites listed in order of my personal preferences.

If you keep your letters short, I mean bare bones minimum, you can write your letter in English and Spanish, 1 paragraph or so for each on the same page.Another option which is pretty popular, is to add the line "Se Habla Espanol"Just make sure you have someone who can speak Spanish ready.
