New to BP Nation - Milwaukee Resident

Hello BP Nation!

My name is Adam Trantow, I am currently living in Milwaukee Wisconsin. A friend turned me onto the BP podcasts and I already have listened to the first 40 podcasts in about 2 weeks. I Bought my first duplex (owner occupant) 3 years ago, but have always had the lingering thought that I should be doing more + I simply did not know where to start. Currently, I have been finding myself interested in learning wholesaling, fix/flip, and buy/hold. The past few weeks I have been simply trying to absorb the podcasts and different points of view on various areas of real estate to then figure out what might work for me in my area. I am an outside sales manager for a building material supplier in SE Wisconsin + my day to day consists of calling on sub contractors, GCs, and architects for items such as drywall, insulation, steel framing and acoustical grid/tile.
