There is another investing forum for hard money lenders where they have 42 currently listed.They set it up in this format:1ST American Hard Money LendersHML Loan TypeResidential and CommercialLending AreaCAContactTJAddress[REMOVED]Phone[REMOVED]Fax[REMOVED]Web Site[REMOVED]Email[REMOVED]I am posting this as an example but from this it indentifies if they are a commercial lender or residential or both and what states they lend in which is important.They also have limits as to what they can lend but sometimes hard money lenders will make exceptions for a certain deal so maybe that wouldn't need to be posted.They also have a disclaimer:(Note: This is merely a listing of hard money lenders and shouldnot be construed as an endorsement.

This is not really an accepted financial ration or term, in formal circles as other measurements and descriptions are available for analysis, yield to maturity, internal rate of return and return on capital come to mind.I can see the relationship adopted and presented by the web site providing the defenition.

I think this is going to be tough to do on Adwords because rentals are really micro-targeted neighborhood-wise.Plus, I think people are generally aware of where on the Web they can easily find houses for rent (for example, Craigslist).I wouldn't use Google to find a place to rent any more than I would use Google to find a place to buy.Just my $0.02.

My second enlisted hitch in the Army I was a combat air traffic controller, if you want to have fun with turbulance try it in a helicopter, UH-1s seemed to bounce, Apaches and Cobras just dive as a roller coaster, lots of fun!!!!
