Marketing rental through Google Adwords

If anyone else tried google adwords, please let us know which keywords worked best for you?
In my case, 95% of impressions seem to be generated by "house for rent", although no clicks so far.
I have a bunch of other keywords (town name rent/ town name house etc), but none are being searched for.
