Can it be done with 3rd party sites...yea..but why not expand your network and gain access to valuable info at the same time.

Usually I hear of people networking and learning - first time I've heard of hiring, would be interested in finding out more!

This seems to be a hurdle for people who are just starting out or don't have much time for face to face networking.

Not sure if I'm just looking to vent or if there's even a question here....Last 2 years my agent and I have been consistently searching the mls and zillow for deals while I work on networking and educating myself on finding off market deals.I finished my first flip over the summer and it closed in August.

I heard about BiggerPockets through a networking function and thought to join the community.

Who has huge network and would be able to recommend mortgage brokers, appraisers, real estate attorneys, etc.Are there  any other certain criteria we should look for?

Here's the question: Is it a red flag if you find a city that has many multi-family listings that seem profitable, but has A LOT of listings city wide?
