Since the well is on your property and could be used in the future, if it was  me, I'd call an experienced well driller in to correct any deficiencies and secure the surface.

i never even heard of any of the ones listed on bigger pockets' list (pasted below for reference), nor come across any BPers mentioning any of them in my past few months new here. perhaps they did here and there but i didnt notice.anyways i did come across rentshare.com mentioned, but a google search for a BP topic on that company didnt surface any.would anyone recommend them or have any input on them whatsoever?

You can refi out your $50k in cash you put in, and if this house cash flowed at $600/month before debt, it should be around $350/month ($4200/yr) with the refi payments.On the surface it looks like you're $150/month behind...but you're actually ahead.
