i never even heard of any of the ones listed on bigger pockets' list (pasted below for reference), nor come across any BPers mentioning any of them in my past few months new here. perhaps they did here and there but i didnt notice.

anyways i did come across rentshare.com mentioned, but a google search for a BP topic on that company didnt surface any.

would anyone recommend them or have any input on them whatsoever? or offer a 'better' alternative? thx
