It's really just a way for craigslist to hide spam.

I don't think I would have had the gumption to tackle this :)

One young thing, at the family BBQ, blurted out, "his wife will never have to work again because she married a RICH guy".As an aside he & I have talked at length about tackling his $250,000 student loan debt & the fact he married into yet another $35,000 of student loan debt & thousands more on her Credit Cards & a credit score below 520!!!  

If you have the time to tackle these questions, would be much appreciated!

Any advice on how to build up an investor list other than spamming?

I am yet another victim of Craigslist spam.

In general everyone is saturated online now…imagine how many spam emails, hovering ads, etc. you see when you are online or checking your mail.What works now is inbound marketing…you need to put out the best content on the web and rank highly for your field and chosen keywords.

It's been enough saving, now time to tackle some risks.

But Im glad I tackled it.

If you want to be serious about generating leads and have the leads follow through with you, do not even give the slightest hint you are a wholesaler.We ONLY tell people we do .. do wholesaling when we can be in front of them in person to explain TRUE wholesaling.There are ways to tackle keeping the 2 on one website,  but I would say just don't do it!
