building an investors list...
Hi All,
I've been actively investing in real estate for over a year now and my specialty niche is lease options. The thing is that I'm wanting to branch out into other avenues of the REI realm such as wholesales and rehabbing, but I don't have much of a real estate investor list built up yet. Any advice on how to build up an investor list other than spamming? I recently stumbled across a rehab deal that would have a nice back end profit after putting about $30,000.00 into it, but right now my credit is shot and I don't have anyone to partner up with on the deal. I hate to see it taken by someone else, but with no investor list built up yet... I don't have a choice.
Thanks in advance...
