The property that stands out slightly more than the rest will require repairs and updates, not necessarily immediately but soon (as far as I know).My wife and I still have some debt, but we haven't been chipping away at it quite.

There are some really good new subdivisions there in that general area, like Grand Oaks, that are mixed in among some older 'working class' subdivisions. 

I'm clearing it now, leaving a dozen or so mature oaks and some border trees.I'd love to do something with it now for income (like self serve firewood sales or board your own horse stables) and get ideas for later.Looking forward to all the great ideas!

& congealed grease from the deep fryer.A colleague of ours installed one only to get a $250 emergency plumbing billbecause the tenants daughter flushed about a pound of rotting pasta down the disposal, blocking the drains & she had the dishwasher running at the same time.Another of his tenants kept emptying her fish bowl water into the disposal but what she assumed was disposable blue sand was in fact glass chips & she did it twice.

But I have had friend recommendations to checkout these neighborhoods - Stone Oak, Universal City, Garden Ridge, Cibolo, & New Braunfels.Does anybody have any good recommendations for a realtor/company that specializes in these neighborhoods in San Antonio?

For now, I'm analyzing condo rentals in the Brighton, Ann Arbor, and Royal oak area.
