My fascination in Real Estate, started years ago, as I worked with my clients helping them beautify, their living space.  

I work in the biological sciences and my wife is in retail and with some excess money we're interested in buy and hold.

After realizing I could not build wealth quickly as an engineer, I decided to switch from the PhD program at Cornell University to the Masters Program in Material Science and Engineering.

Most of it isn't rocket science, but if you utilize bigger pockets as a tool literally any question you can think of someone has already asked or there's someone on here that will be able to give you some information.

there's over 140 hours of blogs, ALL fascinating, with exceptional guests, etc.  

...and I understand that a municipality isn't gonna say "yeah, 123 Main St. has a clear title," but I do think that they could provide the information that would help me make that determination myself.I'm sure it isn't rocket science.
