After realizing I could not build wealth quickly as an engineer, I decided to switch from the PhD program at Cornell University to the Masters Program in Material Science and Engineering. I started learning about creative real estate, selling, and personal development over 2.5 years ago.
With 2.5 years experience in a combination of small business private equity, raising capital for business, and entrepreneurs to buy businesses, Louis buys and invest in businesses. Louis leverages his experience to help investors increase returns on their static capital.
From 2014 Louis bought and sold 16 properties (I include selling / assigning the contract) using funds raised from high net-worth individuals and institutions.
Louis is spending time building joint ventures between companies to increase revenue and lower costs both for acquired companies and client companies.
Louis also help people get involved in creative real estate in their local market, credit repair, and acquiring business funding.

Wanting to help people get started is how I created my Pittsburgh REIA club, Now I help people with everything from credit repair, creative finance, funding, deal structure, and marketing, as long as they live near me.
