I've seen a lot of spirited arguments over a REI responsibility during the onset of this pandemic. 

I think we were headed towards a more work remotely society, but the pandemic definitely made it move quicker, so I am not surprised that FB among other large companies has allowed their employees to work from home permanently.

They usually meet the last Thursday of the month at Wood Haven Country Club but have moved online since the pandemic began. 

When I last spoke to them they were not doing loans for a bit because of Coronavirus, but that may have changed since then as that was back in March!

How do you deal with being stuck in multiple leases during a pandemic? 

Is anyone requiring their tenants or maintenance workers to sign a waiver or disclosure when a property needs maintenance? Seems like it could be a liability issue having a maintenance worker and tenant being exposed ...

We are in a pandemic. 

Plus, with coronavirus, she is very vulnerable, and has a high likelihood of becoming infected in the hospital or the rehab center, and dying. 

Just looking for some insight from other Investors or home buyers on the state of the R.E. game right now, especially with the COVID pandemic going on.

So my questions are as follows:1) Has anyone had success getting hard money in Cleveland since the pandemic, and if so, how did you go about it?
