Coronavirus Disclosure/Waiver for Rental Maintenance

Is anyone requiring their tenants or maintenance workers to sign a waiver or disclosure when a property needs maintenance? Seems like it could be a liability issue having a maintenance worker and tenant being exposed to each other.
