She did not give you her name and address, therefore there is no way you can accommodate her request to not receive your mail.  

They over charge, provide inadequate, often unhealthy or unsafe, accommodations and survive due to the fact most student tenants do not know their rights, nor the landlords obligations, and are too preoccupied with their studies (and university life) to really take action.  

The easiest way to track inbound calls is via multiple telephone numbers and a company like ringcentral can accommodate that.

And try to be accommodating the seller's schedule if they are still living in the property.

It would be a quiet area of the site, but if you guys want it, we can probably accommodate that.

All I can say is that if someone thinks the expense of travel and accommodation is out of their grasp they're right.

@Roman Rytov The end taxpayer is what is important, you will want to ask a 1031 accommodator (talk to your title company and ask if they have a group that does it, often they do.) 

Then once you get this down it's creating systems to accommodate a high volume of leads. 

An LLC's tax classification can be changed to accommodate payment of a salary or wages to an owner for their work in the business too.
