@George Paiva - No, I didn't follow through, only because they moved out over the weekend unexpectedly and I thought I had to stop eviction since I regained possession of the unit.

@George Allen I know Redfin is there but I can honestly tell you I have yet to see ONE of my transactions where they were involved.. and I buy in 12 states and about 200 properties a year.

Some good people there but the conditions in most places are horrid.Plainview is bounded by 31st St S on the South, Hillside on the West, Pawnee on the N and George Washington Blvd/I-35 Hopefully you are away from that.
