Hey guys, I just read an article on the Best Markets to Invest in Air BnBs for 2023 and wanted to share my findings/summarize the article, and see what the BP community thought.Here were the article's best markets, divided into three categories:Metro Markets:Nashville, TN:- Nashville continues to provide good investment opportunities for short term rental investors due to its vibrant music scene and and group-friendly shenanigans that Broadway street can offer visitors. 

I have looked into Irving, TX but I'm wondering what other areas could be suitable for this strategy?

As for OOS I would first find a market that is suitable for you and showing signs of potential market growth.

Either return for a visit or have seriously trustable boots on the ground. 

However, there are a number of "quick move-in ready homes" on the market right now that are very suitable for traditional buy and hold LTR.
