They were told to use pins and showed them how, a straight pin or several at an angle can hold alot of weight and if a heavier item needed to be hung they could use the adhesive type hangers which did give a paint problem usually.

@Felecia Brown each part of the country has difeerent rates, so do not put to much weight on premium quotes from outside PA.That does seem higher than the average amount, but sounds like you probably have solid coverage.

There are several factors that have more weight to them when calculating a credit score, some of the top being like hard inquiries, paying on time, and account length in terms of time.

Before you take step 2 do a gut check, pray, maybe talk it over with someone who's opinion you will give weight to in this situation.
