Real estate lawyers, should I have one on retainer?

The last few the word lawyers keeps coming up with me and a circle of friends. Do I need a real estate lawyer on retainer? And why?

No, but maybe a business card on your rolodex...do people still have those? Many states have a landlord tenant guide and that would be a good thing to read as well as bookmark. You don’t want to run afoul of the law and it changes so you need to stay abreast.
