I am hoping the stars will align and as I'm ready to buy a house there will be more/better inventory.

The yelp reviews were a tell tale sign, 2 star rating and the same issues I had...Just noticed his rating went up...I remember mentioning his poor ratings and that I called the FBI when he hadn't confirmed my wire receipt over a week after the transfer.

You might as well just never list it as you will have a slew of 3 star reviews in no time which will kill the listing.Evolve just handles calls and bookings but nothing else, so you might as well just do it yourself.What is the closest decent sized town?

Anyone reading this that's 2 or 6 months out and paranoid that you might be the exception, go make a Yelp page and start soliciting 5 star client reviews.

Then they leave you a 4 star review because they didn’t like your brand of toilet paper.

Wow you left because the Landlord only rated three stars !!!

But what you describe is what I seen seen Lori do for years.. build a referral base.Also for star agents in Northern CA  Martin Levy was I think the first mega star  he created the team concept before KW was even in business ( I think )  and that guy NAILED it..

Or, maybe be a rock star.
